night is the most DANGEROUS time of day. it’s when the sun is SLIGHTLY more hidden that USUAL and she can always feel it, feel the lack of SUNLIGHT weakening her, even if it’s only very VAGUELY. she tends to avoid THE DARK for this reason ( just like she tends to try to avoid EVERYTHING that leaves her VULNERABLE ), preferring to stay in during her BOUT without the uv rays that power her but TONIGHT is an exception. tonight, she MAKES the trip to gotham in the very dark of the NIGHT in search of batman. she needs his HELP with something and is POSITIVE that the easiest way to track him down to SCOUR gotham for the vigilante once the SUN had gone down.
and, sure enough, after some EXTENSIVE flying, she does. slowly, she lowers herself, feet TOUCHING the rooftop. the alien knows that introducing herself isn’t NEEDED ( she knows his reputation, knows that he probably heard her the MINUTE she neared the building ) but still feels the need to ANNOUNCE her presence.
